Amber Lee
From an early age, my passion for art and technology led me to earn a BFA in Graphic and Multimedia Design with a minor in Business, building the foundation for over 25 years as an artist and designer. Throughout my career, I have embraced the mantra "Beautifully Different"—a philosophy that challenges societal perceptions by celebrating contrasts and finding profound beauty in unexpected places. Because verbal communication can sometimes be difficult for me, design serves as my ultimate voice, allowing me to express exactly what I am mentally and physically capable of. Good design simply speaks for itself.
What fundamentally draws me to the visual arts is its power as an equalizer. Whether interacting with a massive public mural or a small business card, the audience judges a piece solely on talent, vision, and execution—completely transcending labels like race, gender, religion, or disability. Design is a space where I can feel truly equal. These "beautiful differences" enhance my perspective as a creator, empowering me to transform unique ideas into distinctive client designs while intentionally weaving in my passion for vital causes like disability issues, women’s rights, animal rights, and the environment.
To me, design is far more than a craft or a profession. It is a powerful tool to express equality, individuality, and connection. My goal with every project is to make the world a little more vibrant, inclusive, and beautiful than I found it.
